Which fixture does it go in?

Zoo Med makes it for their Nano Dome (LF-35) and Nano Combo Dome (LF-36).

How far should it be from my reptile?

The box has a UV Index chart for this bulb. Pick the distance that gives your species the UVI it needs, and leave shade to retreat to.

How long does it last?

Zoo Med guarantees its UVB output for 12 months. Replace it after a year.
