We stand behind what we build, and pass on the manufacturer's warranty on the brands we carry.
What is covered
What we build. Our PVC enclosures, racks, and stands are covered for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. If a build fails because of how it was made, we repair or replace it.
Brands we carry. Thermostats, heating, lighting, and other equipment carry their manufacturer's own warranty. We help you make the claim and, where it is quicker, handle it for you.
Not covered. Normal wear, accidental damage, and problems caused by use outside what the product is meant for.
Warranty terms vary by product. If you are not sure what applies to something you have, ask and we will tell you.
