Shipping
We ship across Canada and the USA, and you can collect in Calgary. How an order ships depends on how big it is.
Three ways an order ships
Parcel
Most items ship by courier. Checkout prices them from the packed boxes as soon as you enter your address, counting every box when an item ships in more than one.
Oversize
Anything too big or heavy to go as a parcel is priced by hand from the packed size, usually the same business day, and you pay once you have seen the total.
Freight
Anything going by pallet is quoted by hand before you pay. Send your address and we come back with a real number.
Local pickup. Orders can be collected from the shop in Calgary at no charge. Choose pickup at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.
At a show. Order before an expo and collect it at our table: free at shows in Alberta, half the cost of shipping it to the show further away.
Cross-border. US orders ship with duties and brokerage handled up front where we can, so there are no surprises at the door.
