Who it suits
Bearded dragons, monitors, tegus, tortoises, and other reptiles that need a strong daytime basking spot, in larger enclosures, taller setups, or wherever basking needs run high.
Setting it up
Use a ceramic lamp holder rated for 150 W or more.
Place the lamp over the basking zone.
Keep the bulb away from misting and water spray.
Check the surface temperature with a temp gun before your animal goes in.
Run it on a dimming thermostat whenever you can.
Add a UVB lamp for a complete daytime setup.

Does it give UVB?
No. It is a heat lamp, so species that need UVB still need a separate UVB lamp.
Is it good for bearded dragons?
It can work well. Test the basking temperature in your own enclosure first.
Should I choose a spot or a flood?
A spot for a tighter, hotter basking zone. A flood for wider heat coverage.
