The incoming tubing goes into the single port and the two branch lines leave from the arms of the Y. It does the same job as a tee in one compact fitting; the shape is the difference. It is part of MistKing's current Value line, all black with improved gripping collets.

Where it goes in the line
Main line, Y union, then two branches to two groups of enclosures or two rack sections. Before choosing between this and a ¼ in tee, think about where each branch has to go: the Y suits branches that head away from each other, and the tee suits a square 90° branch.
