A preset, submersible heater for aquatic turtle tanks. Fix it to the glass, plug it in, and it keeps the water warm without any setting, which helps stop turtles going off their food in cold water.

The TurtleTherm suits Red Eared Sliders, African Sidenecks, Musk, Mud, Painted, and Map turtles, Diamondback Terrapins, and many other aquatic pet turtles. There is no dial to set or knock out of place.

Setting it up

  1. Mount the heater on the side or back glass wall with the included suction cups.

  2. Make sure it is fully under water.

  3. Only then plug it in.

Submerge before plugging in
Always fully submerge the heater before plugging it into an outlet. A safety shut-off activates if it is removed from the water.

Can I change the temperature?

No. It is preset. The 50 and 100 W models hold 78 °F.
