Setting it up

  1. Fix the probe inside the enclosure with the suction cups. It can sit in the substrate, wrap around a branch or décor, be taped to the side of the tank, or go in water.

  2. Mount the display somewhere dry outside the enclosure.

  3. Press the power button to turn it on. Hold it for 5 seconds to turn it off.

  4. Slide the switch to °F or °C.

Keep the cable out of reach
Route the probe cable so your animal cannot chew on it or get tangled in it.

Is it water resistant?

The probe can be submerged. The display cannot, so keep it dry and outside the enclosure.

Does it record highs and lows?

No. For that, choose the Digital Min-Max Thermometer.
