How to feed them

  • Offer them in a dish when you can, to cut down on substrate swallowed with the worm.

  • Rotate feeders with roaches, crickets, BSFL, and others for variety and better long-term nutrition.

  • Adjust portions to the species, age, and body condition of your animal.

Keeping them

  • Ventilation: use a breathable container, never an airtight lid.

  • Temperature: keep them at a stable temperature. Cooler slows them down and helps them last longer.

  • Upkeep: keep the bedding clean and take out any dead worms.
