Most reptiles and amphibians cannot get all the vitamins and trace minerals they need from a captive diet. Exo Terra Multi Vitamin is made to go with the daily diet, with set levels of vitamins, all the essential amino acids, and trace elements for energy, growth, maintenance, and reproduction. Its vitamin A comes from beta carotene. It is a complementary food.

How to use it
Vegetables and fruit: blend ½ tablespoon of Multi Vitamin with ½ tablespoon of Exo Terra Calcium + D3 or Exo Terra Calcium per 500 g of mixed vegetables and fruit.
Insects: mix Multi Vitamin 1:1 with either calcium powder in a container, add the live insects, cover, and shake gently until they are coated. Exo Terra says no other supplement is needed.
Always provide clean, fresh drinking water. After opening, store it somewhere cool and dry. Exo Terra suggests coating insects in its Cricket Feeder or Termite Hill, which saves powder for reuse and keeps the terrarium cleaner.
