Setting it up
Fit it in a fixture rated for the bulb's wattage. Exo Terra makes its Glow Light for these incandescent bulbs.
Aim it at the spot you want as the basking site.
Check the basking temperature and adjust height or wattage.
For a 24 hour cycle, switch to an Exo Terra night lamp after dark.

Questions
Does it give UVB?
No. It gives heat, visible light, and UVA. Add a UVB lamp if your reptile needs one.
Which fixture should I use?
Exo Terra's Glow Light is made for its incandescent bulbs. Check the fixture's wattage rating against the bulb you choose; the small Glow Light is rated to 100 W.
What about night?
This lamp is for daytime. Exo Terra pairs it with its Night Glo or Heat Glo lamps for a 24 hour cycle.
