We're always coming up with new ways to improve how things work behind the scenes at Cornel's World. This latest project is a brand-new cricket station built for daily shop use, designed to make feeding faster, cleaner, and more efficient.
It is a multi-purpose insect station set up to hold two different sizes of crickets, with dedicated storage below for supplies and the option for the lower portion to house extra tubs if needed.
Built for ventilation, access, and daily use
A key feature of this build is the screened tops, which give feeder insects excellent airflow and ventilation while keeping everything secure.
We chose the overall height to make cricket collection quick and easy: no awkward bending, no mess, and no wasted time.

Designed to evolve: roaches and beyond
This design doesn't stop with crickets. The next build in the series will be a matching unit for Discoid roaches, with separate sections for available feeders and a breeding colony, and extra storage for more tubs.
Because we're always thinking ahead, the same platform will also become a new snake rack system designed around large Cambro tubs measuring 26 x 18 x 15 in, ideal for arboreal species. These tubs are big, and the rack is being built to match.
