Zoo Med's Turtle Dock and Turtle Pond Dock float, and a self-levelling feature adjusts them to any water level on their own. The submerged ramp gives your turtle an easy climb onto a dry basking area, for the most exposure to its heat and UVB lamps.

Questions

The suction cups are not sticking to the glass any more. What can I do?

Soak them in hot water with white vinegar to revive them, and scrape any water deposits off the glass so they can stick.

My medium dock's bracket does not sit right in the holes. What can I do?

Zoo Med will replace the bracket. Contact us and we will help arrange it. Meanwhile, cutting the bar that joins the two pieces lets the dock float properly.
