Zoo Med's nutritionists formulated these crumbles as a balanced diet for blue tongue skinks, for proper growth and development. Timothy, miscanthus, and alfalfa grasses give long-stem fibre, small amounts of mango and black soldier fly larvae meet their need for fruit and animal protein, and dandelion greens and yucca add plants skinks like. Vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients are added, with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

How to feed it

Fresh fruit and vegetables make an occasional treat, and can help a skink switching from live food to pellets.
For variety, Zoo Med says it can be mixed with its canned Blue Tongue Skink and Tegu Food and Can O' Snails.
Always give clean drinking water, treated with ReptiSafe if you use tap water. Store the crumbles cool and dry, and never feed mouldy food.
