Mossify Natural Canadian Sphagnum Moss – Revita-Moss

Most sphagnum sold for reptiles is beige. This is the living kind, with a mix of green, red, and pink, and it arrives uncompressed. Its fluffy structure works as a moisture reservoir for plants and animals, so it suits humid corners, moist areas for amphibians, and planting around orchids and carnivorous plants.

Where to use it

• A colourful top layer around wood, rocks, and water features

• Raising humidity in tropical and temperate builds

• Reptile and amphibian enclosures that need moisture-holding areas

• With orchids, carnivorous plants, bonsai, and other humidity-loving plants

Setting it up

1. Soak it in clean, non-chlorinated water for 10 to 20 minutes, or mist it until evenly damp.

2. Drain the excess, then place it somewhere humid with indirect light.

3. Mist regularly to keep it lush and hold its colour and texture.

Colour, texture, and shape vary from square to square, and small bits of organic material are normal.
