The lid is sold on its own, so add a matching cup for each one. Singles and packs are separate items, so if a pack is gone, the same lid may still be there as singles.

Setting up a culture

  1. Prepare fruit fly media in a 4.5 in deli cup.

  2. Add excelsior or other climbing material.

  3. Add your starter flies.

  4. Press the lid firmly onto the rim.

  5. Lift it off briefly to harvest flies or move them.

Are cups included?

No. This is the lid only.

Can I reuse them?

Yes. Clean and dry them between cultures.

Shipping

Parcels across Canada and the US are priced at checkout from the packed boxes. Pallets and freight we price by hand, usually within one business day, and you pay nothing until you have seen the total. Pickup in Calgary is free.

Returns

14 day returns on eligible unused stock items, return shipping paid by the customer. Built-to-order goods are covered by the construction warranty rather than by returns. Restocking Fees Apply for returns
