Electrolytes are minerals (magnesium, potassium, sodium, and calcium) that are lost through dehydration, particularly under stress. This supplement helps keep a balanced electrolyte flow in body fluids, supplies a source of energy and important nutrients, and adds vitamin D3 for proper calcium absorption.
