What a feeder insect has eaten ends up in your animal. Bug Grub loads crickets, roaches, and worms with vitamins and minerals in the days before feeding. Made into a dough it also becomes a feeding station for a bioactive cleanup crew, which is a handy way to see how your isopods are doing.

What it feeds
The Bio Dude lists superworms, roaches, crickets, isopods, and millipedes. It is food for the insects, not for your reptile.
Preparing it
Dry
Offer the powder in a dish with water gel crystals beside it for moisture.
Wet
Mix equal parts Bug Grub and boiling water.
Stir, and let it set for about 5 minutes.
Shape the dough into a feeding station or pieces.
The dough holds its shape and moisture for about 36 hours. Insects swarm it, which helps when feeding neonate reptiles or animals that need easy meals, and when checking a cleanup crew population.
Our advice
In a bioactive enclosure, feed small amounts and remove what is left. Too much food encourages mould.
What's in it
Carrot powder, beet powder, spirulina powder, a bee pollen substitute for palatability, oat flour, and potato flakes. Not for human consumption.
