ShedSupport is part of Arcadia's EarthPro range. A poor shed usually comes down to humidity, water, temperature, or diet, and ShedSupport only helps with the diet part. It is meant for short-term use around a shed, not as a daily calcium powder, and it does not replace your normal supplement routine.

Who it's for
Arcadia includes ShedSupport in its feeding plans for snakes, geckos, bearded dragons, skinks, monitors, and other reptiles, across insect-eating, plant-eating, omnivorous, and carnivorous diets. Follow your species' own care needs alongside it.
How to use it
Watch for the signs your reptile is about to shed, such as dull skin on a lizard or cloudy eyes on a snake. Signs vary by species.
Apply ShedSupport to food it normally eats: a light dusting on feeder insects, a coat on suitable vegetables, or with suitable whole prey.
Use it over five days during the shed, in the amount the package directs.
Keep the humidity right for your species, with a humid hide where suitable, and always offer fresh water.
Keep the pouch closed, cool, and dry, out of direct sunlight and heat, and use clean, dry utensils. If the powder gets wet, mouldy, or contaminated, do not use it. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Calcium carbonate, mineral powder, spinach powder, papaya, spirulina, vitamin B premix, and bee pollen. Natural vitamin E comes from the plant ingredients; Arcadia does not publish an amount for it.

Does it contain vitamin D3?
D3 is not among the ingredients or additives Arcadia publishes for ShedSupport. Check the label on your pouch for the current formula.
Does it replace my calcium supplement?
No. Use it during sheds and keep your reptile's normal calcium and vitamin routine.
Will it fix stuck shed?
No. It adds nutrition, but it does not remove retained skin. Fix any humidity or water problem, and see a reptile vet if the shed stays stuck.
