Return Policy
14 Day Return Policy on all orders – Shipping costs to be covered by customer. Product defects other than caging/racks are to be dealt with through manufacturer. Shipping Orders: Currently orders placed for racks/caging/tubs/incubators will need to be manually calculated and will be shipped through Courier or a Freight company depending on size and shipping location. Brokerage fees for US orders may be charged by the shipping company and is not included in our pricing. Please inquire to [email protected] if you have questions. Payments: Payments for website orders can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Email money transfer (Canada Only), or cash (for pickup orders only) Production Times: Current wait times for non stock items is 4+weeks. If you have a deadline you need a product by please inquire (Cages, Incubators, and Racks)
