Return Policy
14 Day Return Policy on all orders – Shipping costs to be covered by customer. Product defects other than caging/racks are to be dealt with through manufacturer. Shipping Orders: Currently orders placed for racks/caging/tubs/incubators will need to be manually calculated and will be shipped through Courier or a Freight company depending on size and shipping location. Brokerage fees for US orders may be charged by the shipping company and is not included in our pricing. Please inquire to quotes@cornelsworld.com if you have questions. Payments: Payments for website orders can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Email money transfer (Canada Only), or cash (for pickup orders only) Production Times: Current wait times for non stock items is 4+weeks. If you have a deadline you need a product by please inquire (Cages, Incubators, and Racks)
