Providing Correct Address information
Please make sure you provide your correct address information. A wrong street number, postal code, missing suite number may cause your shipment to be delayed or sent back. If this happens all costs incurred will be passed onto the customer. If unpaid it will be added to your account and future orders will be put on hold until paid.
For orders that are not racks, cages or incubators we do our best to get those orders shipped off within 1 day. If items are out of stock and the website hadn’t been updated we will contact you to see if you want to wait or cancel the order. For caging, racking, and incubator orders the current lead time is about 4 weeks. If needing sooner we can add a rush fee for after hours work to get done sooner.if all items are in stock. If you are in a rush it is best you contact us for current lead times for cages, racks, and incubators in case it is longer than the 4 weeks based on order backlog.
14 Day Return Policy on all orders – Shipping costs to be covered by customer. Product defects other than caging/racks are to be dealt with through manufacturer. Shipping Orders: Currently orders placed for racks/caging/tubs/incubators will need to be manually calculated and will be shipped through Courier or a Freight company depending on size and shipping location. Brokerage fees for US orders may be charged by the shipping company and is not included in our pricing. Please inquire to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions. Payments: Payments for website orders can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Email money transfer (Canada Only), or cash (for pickup orders only) Production Times: Current wait times for non stock items is 4+weeks. Currently orders placed for racks/caging will need to be manually calculated and will be shipped through Courier or a Freight company depending on size. Right now large items have to be manually quoted, but are being done through the website. . Please inquire to email@example.com if you have questions.
Payments for website orders can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Email money transfer (Canadian Customers only), Paypal, FAST, or cash (for pickup orders only)

Orders Outside of Canada
We do not cover return shipping on any orders, including warranty and damage claims. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges if purchased outside of Canada.
Shipping / Damage Claims
We have no control over shipping carrier transsit time and do not guarantee their advertised shipping times.
Cornel’s World is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once shipped. If you would like to insure your shipment for the order value please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can add that as an added cost. If you also want a signature required on delivery, please send us an email and we can add that cost onto the shipment.
If an item is damaged in shipping you must notify use within 48hrs of receipt, You must keep the damaged item, the original package, and packing materials until the claims process has been completed. If the packaging and/or item is thrown out and the carrier refuses the insuance coverage it is not our responsibility. GLASS OR BULB BREAKAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
We reserve the right to select alternate shipping companies at our discretion
Cancelling/ Changing an Order
Once an order is submitted on our online system or over the phone it is a commitment to purchase. We do our best to accomodate and “after order” request but we take no responsibility for being able to modfy or cancel an order.
Should you wish to cancel an order that is paid via EMT or credit card we will refund the order via the same method but the service charge will be deducted. If you want to cancel an order that is already packed a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
In the event there is damage to any glass products such as but not limited to Terrariums, Lighting/Lamps/Glass Doors, Cornel’s World is not responsible for items damaged in shipment. There are no carriers that will insure glass. If you are concerned please arrange insurance with your own company if required. If you are ordering Cages or incubators with glass doors, you can request plexiglass of the same size instead at the same cost. Glass products/lamps/lighting once they have been used are non-returnable
Natural products such as cork, moss, seed products, wood etc cannot be returned unless we made an error. This is to proevent any cross contaminations.
Natural products come in all shapes and sizes and a not exactly as pictures. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific pieces depending what we have on hand.
