DAP Dynaflex 230 Clear Sealant combines silicone-like toughness with the easy application of an acrylic latex formula. It creates a flexible seal around gaps and joints while helping keep out air and moisture.
The 5.5 fl oz squeeze tube is convenient for smaller projects and touch-ups. Once dry, the clear finish keeps the surrounding surface visible. You can also paint it to match your project.

Leave it clear or paint after it has dried clear.
Clean up uncured sealant with water. The low-odour formula is easy to tool.
First, remove old caulk, dirt and loose material. Make sure both surfaces are clean, dry and structurally sound.
Next, follow the tube directions to apply an even bead. Smooth the joint promptly, before the surface skins over.
Protect the fresh sealant from water and freezing conditions. Cooler temperatures, high humidity and deeper beads extend drying time. Wait until the sealant dries clear before painting.
DAP lists adhesion to glass, wood, PVC trimboard and many common building materials. However, plastics and surface finishes vary, so test adhesion on your specific material first.
