The ¾″ × ¾″ mounts have an adhesive backing that attaches to a clean, smooth surface. Their four-way design lets you insert a cable tie from either direction, making it easier to route wires exactly where you need them.
The included 4″ UV-stabilized nylon cable ties lock tightly and have an 18 lb tensile-strength rating. Together, the mounts and ties create a low-profile cable-management solution for PVC enclosures, racks, incubators and many household projects.

How to Install the Cable Tie Mounts
1. Choose the Route
Plan where the cable or probe wire needs to run. Make sure the finished placement will remain away from heating elements and inaccessible to the animal whenever possible.
2. Clean the Surface
Clean the mounting area to remove dust, oil and residue. Next, allow the surface to dry completely before applying the mount.
3. Press the Mount
Remove the backing without touching the adhesive. Position the mount once, then press it firmly and evenly against the surface.
4. Secure the Cable
Feed a tie through the mount, place the cable inside and tighten it only enough to hold the cable. Finally, trim the excess tie flush so no sharp edge remains.
Installation tip: Do not overtighten a cable tie around thermostat probes or electrical cords. Crushing or sharply bending a wire can damage it. Inspect mounts and ties regularly and replace any that become loose, brittle or damaged.
