Basically cage design can be divided into aboreal caging and desert caging. The 2 different design styles that I like to use are using foam, and using concrete. I generally use foam for a more aboreal look and with animals without sharp claws ie. geckos. I use concrete for either a aboreal or a desert set-up that needs to be a little more durable and stand up to larger animals.
